Opus → M4A

Ie, ac mae'n werth cynllunio. Mae'r ddau fformat yn ddisgynnol, felly mae'r amgodiwr M4A yn gweithio o sain sydd wedi mynd drwy un pas psychoacoustic, ac mae ei benderfyniadau ei hun yn cyfansoddi'r set gyntaf. Ar 192 kbps neu uwch mae'r canlyniad yn dal yn dryloyw i'r mwyafrif o wrando. Os oes gennych brif ddisg heb golli unrhyw le, amgodio'r M4A ohono yn lle hynny yn osgoi'r pas dwbl yn llwyr. Mae Opus yn graddnodi o siarad mono 6 kbps i gerddoriaeth stereo 510 kbps yn yr un llif did ac yn newid modau'n awtomatig. Mae M4A yn cynnwys AAC yn y rhan fwyaf o achosion, neu Apple Lossless (ALAC) pan ddaw o ddarn heb golli.

Os Opus yw â cholli a M4A yw heb golli (e.e. MP3 → WAV), nid yw M4A yn well na Opus — ni allwch adfer gwybodaeth sydd wedi ei ddinistrio eisoes. Os yw Opus yn heb golli a M4A yn heb golli, mae'r codec M4A yn ail-gywasgu; wrth 192 kbps mae'r canlyniad yn dryloyw ar gyfer y rhan fwyaf o gynnwys.

Several files in one job need a paid plan. Free use is one file per conversion, one conversion an hour. On a paid plan you can add several files to one job, then download each result on its own or all of them in one ZIP.

Yn rhagosodedig, ie — mae 48 kHz Opus yn aros yn 48 kHz yn M4A. Os oes angen i chi lawr-ddangos am gydnawsedd (96 kHz → 44.1 kHz ar gyfer llosgi CD), mae'r opsiwn cyfradd-ddangos yn gweithredu ail-ddangos ansawdd uchel yn yr un pas amgodiad.

Not in this step. The converter has no loudness setting and leaves the level as it is. To even out the volume, run the finished M4A through a Normalize tool on this site.

MP3 plays almost everywhere. AAC plays on Apple devices, most Android phones and Sonos. FLAC plays on Sonos and Android but not on older iPods, and WAV plays on nearly everything but makes large files. There are no device presets on this page, so choose the target format your player supports. Mae M4A yn cadw metadata, pennod a gwaith celf iTunes-style yn gyfan, ac mae'n fformat sain naturiol ar draws pob dyfais Apple. Mae M4A yn cuddio dau beth gwahanol iawn tu ôl i un estyniad — AAC â cholli a ALAC heb golli — ac mae cefnogaeth caledwedd nad yw Apple yn cydweddu.

Yes. Uploaded Opus files are processed on our own conversion servers, no person reviews them, and they are never shared. The upload and the converted M4A are both deleted automatically about 24 hours after the conversion, which leaves time to download the result. See /privacy/ for the full policy.

It depends on the size and length of the file. Small documents and images are usually ready quickly. Long videos take the longest, because most video conversions re-encode every frame.

The converter does not change the level: it has no gain or normalize setting. If you hear a difference, your player or media library is probably applying ReplayGain or its own volume levelling on playback; switch that off to hear the M4A as it is.
