Will a long WAV recording upload successfully?

Free accounts cap at 100 MB per file, and WAV runs to roughly 10 MB per minute in stereo because nothing about it is compressed — every sample is stored at full width. Ten minutes is already at the limit. What bitrate will the resulting OGG file use?
