Will the text still reflow to my screen after converting MD to PDF?

An MD adapts its line breaks to whatever width and font size the reader is using; the PDF fixes page geometry at conversion time, so on a phone you get the whole page scaled down rather than text rewrapped to the screen. That is the right trade when the layout must not move, and the wrong one when the file is for reading on a small device. Markdown is the lingua franca of documentation, README files, static site generators and note-taking apps, and it diffs cleanly in git.
Will the PDF look formatted if the MD had no formatting?

It will look plain, because there is nothing to recover. An MD carries no styling information, so the converter applies a clean default — a readable body font, sensible margins, paragraphs separated where blank lines were. Headings are inferred where the source used a recognisable convention, and everything else arrives as body text.
Can I still edit the content after converting MD to PDF?

Not the way you edit the MD. The PDF is a delivery format: it fixes the layout so it renders identically everywhere, which is exactly why it resists editing. Keep the MD as the working copy and regenerate the PDF whenever the content changes — round-tripping back out of PDF always loses something.

That matters because Markdown was never standardised in one place: tables, footnotes, strikethrough and raw HTML behave differently between dialects, and those are exactly the constructs that silently change meaning when a document moves between renderers.
Will the MD to PDF conversion keep my fonts and formatting?

Can I password-protect the PDF after conversion?

How big will the PDF file be?

Depends on the MD content. A 10-page DOCX with embedded fonts produces a 200-400 KB PDF. A 10-image JPG batch at full resolution produces a 5-20 MB PDF. The advanced "compress images in PDF" toggle recompresses embedded images at JPG quality-85.
